Serves Cooking time 110 minutes Ingredient 1 large wild duck A handful of sage and thyme Salt Black pepper Lemon Method Preheat the oven Clean and towel-dry the duck Poke the entire skin gently this enables the fat to render out leaving soft flesh Stuff lemon slices in the duck cavity with the herbs Apply salt and pepper generously all over the duck Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes Cover with a foil paper and bake for 50 minutes Remove the foil and roast for 20 more minutes until skin is brown and golden and crunchy Serve as desired

Serves Cook time 6 hours Ingredients 600 grams buffalo cuts 2 cups stock of choice 2 cups diced carrot cup of chopped onions, celery 1/8 cup flour I tsp each sage, thyme 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oil cup red wine Bay leaves Black pepper and salt Method s In a slow cooker, add oil, onions, celery, garlic, carrots and cook until partially soft Brown the meat chunks in a pan add the flour and wine and stir Add meat to the ingredients in the slow cooker, season and close to cook Allow it to cool, then serve
4. A Gift of Squash Soup

6. Bilbo Seed Cake
The hobbits love eating, and sweets were absolutely one on their menu, especially when Bilbo was stuffing himself with cake. Serve Cook time 70 minutes Ingredients 3 large eggs 1 tbsp poppy seed 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves powder 100 grams of sugar 220 grams unsalted butter cup beer a scout will do 3 cups of flour Method Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl Add them until they come together Add the beer and whisk lightly Pour into 6 inches butter and flour-dusted pan Bake in a preheated oven until a skewer comes out clean Allow to cool and share
7. Dragons Breath Roasted Pork Ribs

Serves Cook time 4.5 hours Ingredients 3-pound pork rib Salt and black pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp grated garlic and ginger 1 tbsp dark brown sugar Method Cut off any excess fat from the rib and preheat your oven Blend everything except the ribs to form a paste Place ribs on a baking tray, and rub generously with the paste Cover with thin aluminum foil And cook until the meat falls off the bones Remove from heat, scrape the gravy into a pot, add a bit of red wine, and cook the alcohol off Pour over the ribs for some finger-licking goodness
