This book is for the man, woman, child, married, single, young, old, yes it is for everyone.
There are many recipe books out there, but often the recipes require long preparation time and include many different ingredients (and you might only use a specific ingredient once).
This book is filled with super-easy recipes, that consist only 1 or 2 or at most 3 ordinary ingredients (except for salt, pepper, baking powder, sugar and water, which are considered as types of spice and not as ingredients).
You can make most recipes in no time and they taste great, and many of them are even healthy. The book is called 2 ingredients, as it is primarily recipes that only require two ingredients.
The recipes are so simple to follow that children easily can make most of them.
You can flip through the book and look at the pictures, to get a quick overview of the few ingredients that are necessary for the individual recipes.
If you want something easy, healthy, fast, and cheap, and you want to avoid to waste food, then this book is for you.

Nutella cake (gluten free)
Excellent chocolate cake thats light and airy and tastes great. It is quickly made, and then you can enjoy something delicious for the sweet tooth
Nutella cake (gluten free)
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup (240 gram) nutella
Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 175 C/350 F
Whisk the eggs for about 6 minutes to make it foamy / fluffy.
Put the nutella in a mug, and soften it in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds.
Add about 1/3 of the eggs to the nutella. Stir it gently.
Add 1/3 more of the egg mixture and fold it in gently.
Add the last 1/3 and fold it in (important to fold it in, in 3 gos, so it stays airy).
Place the dough in a form.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool down before it is eaten.
Soft delicious buns/biscuit.
Light, airy and soft, and you can use it as a kind of bun. You can put two buns as top and bottom and put cream, jam, Nutella, etc. in between, and then you have a delicious little cake.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar (or other sweetener)
1 tsp. baking powder
Instruction:
Divide yolk and egg white.
Whisk egg yolk and sugar in a bowl.
Take another bowl and whisk the egg whites stiff.
Gently fold the egg whites and baking powder into the egg yolks.
Put the dough into small buns with a spoon (or in muffin cups).
Bake at 180 C/350 F. for approximately 12 min.
Ti p : If you use salt instead of sugar, they can be used for dinner.

Light, airy scones that you can make in no time.

1 cup (180 gram) self raising flour (or use All-purpose flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder)
cup (1 dl.) cream (or whole milk)
Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 200 C/350-390 F
Mix the two ingredients. (add the flour a little at a time, until you have a nice dough. The dough feels dry.)
Make small scones and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake for approximately 10-12 min.
Ti p : Enjoy with jam, cheese, butter or cream.
Chocolate cake
If you love chocolate, you can hardly avoid liking this delicious chocolate cake. It is prepared quickly, and then you can enjoy this lovely chocolate cake.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup (165 gram) chocolate
Instruction:
Divide egg yolk and egg white.
Whip egg whites stiff.
Melt the chocolate (in microwave or double boiler).
Whip the egg yolk and put the cooled chocolate in, and then mix it together.
Turn the egg whites gently into the bowl with the egg yolk.
Bake in oven for approximately 30-40 min. at 170 C./340 F.
Let it cool before serving.
Ti p : Any kind of fresh fruit is great with the cake.

3 cups (500 gram) dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, etc.).
cups (90 gram) self raising flour (or use All-purpose flour and add 2 tsp. baking powder)
cup (1 dl.) of fruitjuice (ex. apple juice)
Instruction:
Place the dried fruit in a bowl.
Pour the juice into the bowl and let it soak until the dried fruit is soft and juicy.
Mix in flour (add the flour a little at a time, until you have a soft batter).
Pour the batter into a baking tin.
Bake at 150 C./300 F. for approximately 1 hours.
Let it cool down and its ready to be eaten.
Pineapple cake
Do you have a can of pineapple? Then you can make this juicy pineapple cake. It is really delicious.

Ingredients:
1 cup (180 gram)flour
1 canned (450 gram) crushed pineapple
You can add sugar (depending on how sweet a tooth you have)
Instruction:
Mix all the parts together (incl. the juice from the pineapple can).
(add the flour a little at a time until you have a nice soft batter)
Put the batter in a baking tin.
Bake at 180 C/360 F. for 40 min.
Let it cool down for approximately 30 min. and its ready for serving.
Sweet potato muffins
Sweet potatoes can be used for many dishes other than dinner. These muffins taste wonderful and sweet, and it is hard to believe that they are made of potatoes.

8 egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon
You can add sugar (depending on how you like it)
Instruction:
Boil the potato, mash it and let it cool down.
