Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
- Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- Total Time: 10 Minutes
- Yield: 1 pizza dough
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water ( plus an additional 2 tbsp)
How to make it
- Start by mixing in one cup of flour with all other materials.
- After this, genteelly pour in the second cup of the flour till you feel the mix has turned into a ball.
- Make the dough with your hands, and then let it rest for quarter of an hour whilst making sure it is covered either by saran or dish towel.
- Finally, put the dough into a pizza based pan, and put in your toppings, before baking it or quarter of an hour at 375 degrees.
Steak Marinade, Quick and Easy
- Prep Time: 5 Minutes
- Total Time: 20 Minutes
- Servings: 2-3
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic, from jar is fine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How to make it:
- Start by combining all the materials together, and letting them marinade for at least half an hour or a full night.
- Time will give garlic the opportunity to react, and it will make your steak even tastier. You can either grill the streak or fry it over a pan. Or, you can do both by first grilling it and then pan frying it. This makes the steak even more delicious.

- Prep Time: 5 Minutes
- Total Time: 15 Minutes
- Yield: 2-3 slices
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How to make it:
Combine all the materials well, after that, dip the bread in it and let fry it with butter on a pan or skillet.
Quick n Easy Quiche Crust
- Prep Time: 5 Minutes
- Total Time: 50 Minutes
- Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup ice water ( I use refrigerated water)
How to make it:
- Combine the flour and the salt with a fork, before mixing in the oil with water.
- Now, take your flour and combine it with the oil mix, and lay it over a 9 inch pie pan.
- Let it settle with the quiche and then bake at 400 degrees F till its done. Y
- ou can also make this dish with canola oil and you can even make 2 crust pies by doubling up the dish and dividing the dough in half. Do make the dish with pie crust shells, opt for the flaky one.
Quick and Easy Chicken Enchiladas
- Prep Time: 20 Minutes
- Total Time: 40 Minutes
- Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- 3 -4 chicken breasts
- 15 white corn tortillas (fajita size) or 15 flour tortillas ( fajita size)
- 3 (10 ounce) cans green enchilada sauce ( I use Old El Paso)
- 3 -4 cups grated Monterey jack pepper cheese ( or for less spice, use 1 cup pepper jack and 2 cups of cheddar, or a fiesta blend Mexican cheese mix)
How to make it:
- Start with the chicken by boiling it first and then shredding it.
- Now, combine half a can of sauce and a little bit of cheese with the meat. Pour the remaining half can over an 11 into 9 baking pan or dish.
- After, work on the tortillas; and microwave it, before rolling the meat into them. Now, put the dish in the pan, and pour in rest of the cans of sauce.
- Finally, cover the dish with cheese and let it bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Quick and Easy Puff Pastry or Bladerdeeg
- Prep Time: 15 Minutes
- Total Time: 15 Minutes
- Yield: 2 puff pastry
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How to make it:
- Start with putting the butter into the flour, till it crumbs up. Now, pour in the cream and turn the board till it holds firm.
- Make balls, and flatten them up and wrap it well to fridge it for 120 minutes at minimum or for the whole night.
- You can work upon half the dough, and keep the other in the fridge.
- When done, start pounding the dough with pins and just cook it like any puff pastry recipes.
