Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. To make your onion flower, peel the onions, cut the bottom to set flat leaving the core intact. Bake 40-50 minutes, then turn your oven on broil and broil until golden brown. Serve immediately with your dipping sauce.
