Top Tip: Now you can make this as healthy as you like (I love sweet things but Im watching my weight so Im not going heavy on the fruit sugars) however apple, pear, mango, peach, pineapple, melon all bring the most amazing flavours. If youre watching your waist, stay with berries and always cram as much green in as possible and your choice of personal supplement i.e. Spirulina, maca root, hemp, proteins, oils etc - basically play and find your flavour.
