Susans detailed journey of the synchronicities she experienced and messages from The Other Side, during such a life-changing time, offered comfort, clarity and excitement. Her glimpses of the very thin veil to The Other Side rang so true with what I know and believe to be true. She writes in such a way that I read the entire book all the way through in one sitting. Susan Parker, the author of Angel on My Doorstep, has a most pleasant style of writing that grabs the reader and makes one want to learn more of her life experiences. I read her manuscript in a single sitting because once I had started, I did not want to put it down. If the reader believes in the possibility of communication with the afterlife, this book offers a wealth of such experiences and it is clear that those experiences greatly helped the author to cope with some important and often difficult periods in her life. If the reader is not open to communication with persons on the other side of the veil, or unwilling to believe in the connection between dreams and messages from people who have passed on, this book is a testament to Susans grit and fortitude in coping with demanding situations with love and hope. She also explains how she believes dreams throughout her life have pointed the direction for her to follow. Angel on My Doorstep is a book that offers insights on several levels and is a delight to read.

I never considered myself a writer but I had things to say that I wanted to get on paper. So I began to write poetry. From those early days when I struggled with learning how to put my feelings and emotions on paper through poetry up to the final process of the writing of this book, many good friends have remained by my side, offering support and encouragement.

The writing of this book would not have been possible without the assistance of a long list of people.

To Anita Dondis, numerologist, who, in the mid-1980s, told me I had been an author in a past life. Anita, you said in this lifetime I had a book in me as well, and it would be a best seller. (Lord, I hope so!) At the time, I couldnt imagine what I would write that someone would find interesting. My life wasnt that exciting. I cant ever thank you enough, Anita, for continuing to remind me throughout the years to write my book.

To Pauli Ayres, my long-time best friend, with whom Ive shared many of lifes tribulations through divorces, marriages, and death. Most important of all, Pauli, you introduced me to Cort, and shared our final parting.
