Once youve had an experience of how effective EFT can be, start applying it regularly, and use the remaining chapters for inspiration and guidance. They contain the stories of many people just like you in the sense that they were unsuccessful with weight loss till they discovered EFT. EFT is phenomenally effective at reducing stress. Read the chapters on the topics that are most relevant to you.
Once youve been using EFT for a while, experiment with the Full Basic Recipe found in is a shortcut, and leaves out elements of the routine found in the Full Basic Recipe. That routine is able to shift urges and negative emotions that were installed in your body and subconscious mind at a very early age. The shortcut version clears the emotional trauma at the surface, while the Full Basic Recipe can go very deep.
This book is designed as a companion to The EFT Manual (Church, 2013) and the materials on the EFTUniverse.com website. This website is an astonishing resource, containing the collected wisdom of the whole EFT community in the form of thousands of stories, case histories, and personal reports. On EFT Universe, youll find cases written up by doctors, nurses, psychiatrists and psychologists, as well as thousands of stories written by ordinary people, some of whom got fantastic results the first time they tried EFT.
