Famed relationship therapist, author, and media personality Dr. Jamie Turndorfknown worldwide as Dr. Loveshares the amazing true story of her spiritual reconnection with her beloved, deceased husband, internationally renowned former Jesuit priest Emile Jean Pin. Discovering for herself that relationships dont end in death, Jamie recounts her remarkable experience where, through the depths of her grief after Jeans sudden passing, her husband made his continued presenceand undying loveknown.
Drawing on these personal encounters, Jamie has created a groundbreaking new form of grief therapy that combines her acclaimed conflict-resolution techniques with after-death communication. The result: an unprecedented method that enables the bereaved to reconnect, resolve unfinished business, and make peace with the deceased.
Filled with dozens of examples of spirit contact and communication, this book eliminates any doubt about life after death and shows that contact is ongoing. Loved ones in spirit dont just linger briefly before going to heaven and disappearing from your life. Rather, heaven is a state, not a place, and your loved ones have eternity to support you and heal any issues left behind when they passed on.
Come to recognize the numerous signs from spirit that you may have been missing. Learn to trust yourself and the process thats right for younot a shortened, artificial grief period prescribed by conventional doctors. Practice techniques for heightening your senses, expanding your awareness, and entering an open state, culminating in Jamies method for Dialoguing with the Departed.
When connection and love live on, fear is banished and relationships can grow and heal as never before. Begin opening your mind and your heart today!

Lost and Found
On the day you were lowered into the ground
Our love for each other wasnt lost but found

To my beloved Jean Pin:
Soon after you left your body, I learned that the Dalai Lama
publicly prayed for you, honoring you as one of the 50 people of all
time who was one with God. Since God is love, it was no wonder
that you devoted your life on Earth to loving me ever more perfectly.
Your ongoing devotion to our relationship remains the greatest and
most astonishing gift of my life. This book is my answer to your
request that I share our story with the world, so that our love may
shine like a torch that lights the path for others.

As a young girl I received a detailed premonition of the man I would someday marry. For this reason, although I always enjoyed male company, I saw no point in seriously dating anyone. I was content to wait until that man eventually entered my life.

And he did appear, on the first day of my freshman year at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Oddly, when I was a young child, whenever we took a family road trip, Id ask my father, Where are we? To which he would jokingly respond, Poughkeepsie. In retrospect, I realize that destiny was leading me to this town where I would find my Jean many years later.

On the first day of my freshman year, I creaked open the heavy oak door of Blodgett Hall and bounded up the steps, two at a time, to the third floor, where the offices of the sociology department were located. Having been shut out of all the sections of the Introduction to Sociology course, I was determined to finagle a place for myself in one of the closed classes. The secretary told me that only the department chair, a professor named Jean Pin, had the authority to make an exception.

The moment I stepped into Jeans office, I felt my soul leave my body. I felt as though I were being transported at high speed through a tunnel to what I knew was the end of my life. I saw a white light at the end of the tunnel, but, unlike a near-death experience, I didnt meet deceased loved ones. I just went on a journey that was out of time and place, lasting seconds and lasting a lifetime. When I was jolted back into my body, I received a message that told me, Remember every aspect of your meeting He will be everything to you one day.

Oddly, this amazing premonition didnt shock me, despite my not knowing where it came from or why. I soon forgot about it, the way a patient unconsciously represses a therapeutic breakthrough that occurs before it is time to integrate the information. In my case, it was too soon for me to act upon this knowledge, whatever its source, so my mind just let it go. I attended the Intro to Sociology class that first semester and continued my life as a college student.

I LATER LEARNED THAT PRIOR TO COMING to Vassar, Jean had been one of the most famous Jesuit priests in history. A Renaissance man to the core, he held a doctor of letters from the Sorbonne; a doctorate in sociology; and higher degrees in classics, religion, law and economics, political science, history, and philosophy.
