H ere, a few years into the 21st century, there has been an explosion of interest in spirituality, psychic phenomena, mediumship, metaphysics, and self-help. Theyre all on the rise and are continually increasing in popularity as people seek meaningful answers to some of lifes more obscure questions. Ive noticed over the past few years, and even more so today, that individuals from all walks of life are sensing a shift deep within themselves. I believe that this shift can be attributed to a feeling of searching, as if we somehow know that theres something more. Its as if our soul is calling and reaching out to us.
I believe that this happens when our soul urges us to stop looking to the physical world for answers to stop seeking comfort from physical possessions (such as new cars, toys, and so forth) and start looking within for those long-awaited answers. Our soul is part of us and wants to partner with us in this lifetime. Its going to make every attempt to get our attention in order to assist us, but its equally essential that we meet it halfway by reaching back.
Theres an abundance of evidence that were no longer receiving the answers we need from the outside world. Attendance is at an all-time high at spiritual workshops and meditation groups, and bookstores are packed with reading material that will ultimately help us remember, and reconnect with, our true Divine nature.
In this book, youre about to embark on an incredible lifechanging journey, which for many might be long overdue a journey that will ultimately show you, as a soul, just how special and unique you truly are. This work reveals to you that youre so much more than just a physical body... youre a spiritual being with unlimited potential.
My own journey has led me from being a student to being a teacher, but I realize that there will always be so much more to learn. Ive been a practicing psychic medium and spiritual teacher for more than 17 years. I wrote my first book, Born Knowing, to explain the path that I followed and often fought, although I know that Ive had guidance from the Divine Source. Two years later, I followed it up with my second book, Psychic Navigator, which provides an array of life-changing tools for readers to harness their inner guidance. Today, Im privileged to teach people my signature workshop, Learn to Awaken Your Psychic Strengths, which has opened the door for thousands of people, and in return, feeds my soul. I believe that I strive to remain connected with my soul-self; and that my job here on Earth is now to impart as much knowledge, support, love, healing, and direction as I can during my lifetime.
When I felt the stirring in my soul to write another book, I put it out to the Universe and asked to be guided or shown what was needed from me. What could I possibly say to those who are so spiritually hungry that hasnt previously been written in the hundreds of books already on the shelves? Listening to participants at my workshops and lectures offered me a clear consensus of what people are seeking and heres another interesting shift: A few years ago, it was all about getting a psychic reading or a message from the Other Side; now the questions are centered on how people can be more in tune with their soul and tap into their own intuition. They want to find out how to help themselves enhance or change situations and conditions around them. To put it in the most basic way I know of, people want to stop
