We constantly see the senseless violence in our world, and it begs the question: How can an all-loving God allow this to exist?

Indeed, many people simply reject any notion of God for this very reason. This book, the third in Sylvia Brownes Journey of the Soul series, gives you the philosophical framework to understand the nature of good and eviland the role of God in the big picture. When you see how evil originated and why it thrives in our world, youre more prepared to face it and overcome it.
Sylvia points out that you need not fear evil spirits or curseswhich are merely stories bred from ignorance. And how would you like to serve as one of Gods warriors of Light? Sylvia explains how to enlist!
By combining her philosophical and theological views, Sylvia creates a spiritual umbrella that rises above traditional religion. All paths that lead to knowing God have meritSylvia simply invites you to know Him/Her in your own way, free of dogma and fear.

Love is constant, unbending, unyielding,
and forever present for you.

Its the one thing created by God thats never lost.

The only pure emotions are love and happiness.

These two are sisters.

Gods love is constant, outpouring, nonrestrictive,
nonjudgmental, ongoing, and forever omnipresent.

Love is the only thing that rejuvenates itself.

Love is the best thing we have to offer.

Where there is love, there can be no taint of despair,
greed, or negativity.

Partnership in love is the greatest gift God bestows.

It is in loving that you expand your soul.

THE SOCIETY OF NOVUS SPIRITUS is my church, located in Campbell, California. The tenets in this book are based on the philosophy of this church, which I founded several years ago. The knowledge contained in this book represents the integration of several sources of information. First, it reflects knowledge infused by my own psychic ability throughout many years. It also reflects my spirit guide Francines tremendous knowledge of lifes plan and of the Other Side. Additional knowledge was passed down from my psychic grandmother, Ada, who represents almost 300 years of psychic family tradition. In addition, thousands of hypnotic regressions were done independently of the other material, yet it all came together like clockwork, validating, filling in any gaps, and showing that there is a logical plan to everything God creates.

I think that we, as human beings, have lived long enough with the so-called mysteries. As Francine says, if you can think of the question, your guides will give you the answer. Indeed, my faith, Gnostic Christianity, teaches that we must always continue to seek for answers, because seeking is an essential process for spiritual growth.

I decided to make this philosophy public because of the comments I receive so often: Ive always known this. This is what Ive always believed, although I couldnt put it into words. I just felt that this truth resonated in my soul as right. The philosophy, although extensive, comes without fear or condemnation. It comes with knowledge, but without dogma. Ive always believed that everyone, no matter what their beliefs, should take with them what they need or want, and then leave the rest behind. Only occultism is hidden, secretive, and controlling; you will find none of that in these writings. Of course, certain codes for behavior are innate laws of good by which we must all livebut the part of you thats God is individual in every way.
