This is the first book in the PsychicDevelopment/Metaphysical Education 101 Series and this is where thefun begins! I say "fun" because you never know what you are goingto learn, see, hear or experience. Each session is unique and youwill find yourself craving more.

The techniques in this book show you how tostart communicating with those in Spirit specifically your SpiritGuides and Teachers. Develop or strengthen your psychic abilitiesand receive messages from spiritual Beings using an easy technique.If you are a "beginner", it is the place to start your journey. Ifyou are more advanced, it will help ensure you have the basics bothconfirming and adding to what you already know.

My suggestionsfor getting the most from this book are as follows:

1. Readfrom the start of this book until you get to the Practice Visualizing exercise. Make sureyou do the exercise because it gives you an understanding of whatyou will experience when you start to practice the meditationtechnique. Once you complete the exercise, you are ready tocontinue reading.

2. Whenyou get to the end of the Create Your Special Place section, stopand complete the exercise. This step creates your classroom inSpirit and it is a necessary part of the meditationtechnique.

3. After that,finish reading to the end of the book.

I havefound that following this approach gets you the bestresults.

How This SeriesCame to Be

If youhave tried to developyour psychic abilities, but havent had much luck then you could bemissing something key that would allow you to achieve the successyou desire. In my late 20s, I had a strong urge to develop my innergifts so I read many books on how to develop my abilities, but Iwasnt very successful. I later learned that all of those bookswere missing some very important and necessary basics. Once Istarted using those basics, I was able to get results and havemany unique and interesting experiences. In fact, I was able to dopsychic readings to help others and I learned to communicate withthose in Spirit any time of the day or night.

Based on what Iexperienced on my journey, I decided to write a series of booksthat were educational and that included all the basics - books thatwere not missing essential components necessary for success. Iwanted to offer a solid foundation for development regardless of apersons level of spiritual knowledge. The books would be easy tounderstand. They might be purely informational or they might behow to in content. Any techniques would be written in astep-by-step format so that anyone could follow them. Allinformation would be based on my personal experiences and beliefsystem, and would not be a repeat of something I read or thatsomeone told me. The books would consider the needs of theBeginner (someone who was just starting to walk a spiritual pathor who just wanted to develop his or her abilities), and would alsobe of interest to someone who was more advanced, but who wanted tomake sure they were getting the most from their experiences. Withthat in mind, I started writing a series of books that includedwhat I had discovered or learned from over 25 years of spiritualresearch and study.

Communicating with those in Spirit is my passion. Showingpeople how to develop their psychic abilities and communicate withthose in Spirit safely and easily is part of my life mission. It isthe reason I offer Personal Coaching on my website( www.oralin.com ). I want to make sure that, if you have the samepassion that I do, but are encountering obstacles to achievingsuccess, you have access to someone who can give you guidance andaddress your concerns and/or issues. Developing my psychic abilities has been an exciting andsometimes frustrating path. The one thing I can tell you is thatlearning to communicate with those in Spirit has helped me to getthrough some of the darkest times in my life. Knowing I had someoneto speak to during those times , and being able to get support and encouragement whenneeded, was invaluable.

There aremany lessons on this path and so much to learn. The learning neverends so if you are the type of person that likes to learn, wants toexpand your awareness and has the desire to reach your fullpotential, then this series of books is for you.

Communicating with those in Spirit is anexciting and fulfilling experience. It's also very easy to do.Anyone and I mean anyone can learn to do this. If you have theinterest, and you are willing to dedicate the time to practice thetechnique described in this book, you can do it! You will getresults if you follow the few simple rules that create the solidfoundation for your development. You will be able to communicatewith your Spirit Guides and others that exist in the SpiritWorld.

Communication with those is Spirit is a bitdifferent from what you do to communicate with those in Physical.For you to communicate with those in Spirit, you need to developyour inner gifts or psychic abilities.

Psychic abilities are not normally considered"scientific". They are too abstract for science to measure, andthus are often considered bogus or make-believe. If you choose todevelop your psychic abilities, you have to come to terms with thisbecause you will probably have to deal with comments from skepticswho will question all of your experiences. However, that is simplypart of walking this very interesting path.

By learning to recognize how to see inSpirit, hear in Spirit, and follow your intuition, you will receiveinformation, guidance and messages from those in Spirit. There aredifferent types of psychic abilities. The abilities you willdevelop or strengthen by practicing the techniques in this bookare:

Clairvoyance - The ability to seepeople, animals, places, objects or energy on a non-physical level(in Spirit).

Clairaudience - The ability to hearsomeone who lives in the Spirit World speak to you.
