ascension: The ability to raise the frequency of ones body, emotions, and mind beyond the vibration of the physical world so the body disappears into a higher dimension without physical death. Descension is the reverse process of the body appearing in form without physical birth.

attunement: Adjusting the vibration of your body, emotions, and mind to match a particular frequency, usually of a higher vibration.

chakra: A vortex-like concentration of spinning, subtle energy located primarily along the spine; one of seven main centers of spiritual force in the etheric body.

clairaudience: The inner sense of hearing; to hear voices, music, and sounds without the aid of the physical ears.

clairsentience: The inner senses of touch, smell, and taste; to feel or sense nonphysical energy fields, discarnate entities, or patterns of knowledge without using the physical body also, obtaining information by touching objects.

clairvoyance: The inner sense of sight; the ability to see visions, past or future events, or information that cant be discerned naturally through the five material senses. Medical clairvoyance is the ability to view the human body and diagnose disease, while X-ray clairvoyance is the ability to see into distant or closed areas.

compassion: A pervasive understanding that knows love as the core of every being and situation. The virtue that gives rise to ones desire to alleviate anothers suffering.

conscious communion: The act of intentionally merging with someone or something else, sharing a common experience, and experiencing intimate fellowship or rapport.

conscious sensitivity: Sensitivity applies both to physical and emotional feeling and is the strength of the sensation one experiences in comparison with the strength of a stimulus. Conscious sensitivity is the ability to immediately perceive subtle stimulation from either physical or nonphysical sources and to discern the meaning as it occurs.

crest/trough: The crest is a waves high turning point; the trough is its low turning point.

destiny: Life after the soul has integrated fully and consciously into the body, emotions, and mind; ones highest-frequency life, accompanied by unlimited talents, harmonious energy flow, perfect timing, and doing what one is built for and most enjoys.

diamond light: A way to imagine the substance of the soul, diamond light conveys the experience of purity, supreme clarity and transparency, incorruptibility, and enlightenment.

dimensions: Levels or frequencies of awareness and energy progressing from physical to subtle or etheric, to emotional, to mental, to spiritual, and on into levels of the Divine. As awareness and energy progress through the dimensions, increasing frequency and greater unity is experienced.

direct experience: A live connection with the world, where one experiences situations immediately without pausing to analyze and compare; an experience of full engagement with each action in each moment.

Divine, the: A nonreligious way to refer to the Godhead, Creator, or Supreme Presence; an experience of perfect, transcendent force, truth, and love, or Oneness, with the universe.

E = mc 2: The formula describing Einsteins insight that matter and energy are different forms of the same thing. Energy (E) equals matter or mass(m) times the speed of light (c) squared. Einsteins formula reveals the amount of energy that mass would convert into.

ego: The sense of individuality based on separation from the whole. When awareness identifies as ego, fear and self-preservation are the motivators.

empathy: The ability to use ones sensitivity to feel with or as another person, group, or object, resulting in greater compassionate understanding.

enlightenment: The achievement of total clarity about the true nature of things and a permanent state of higher wisdom, illumination, or self-realization; the awakening of the mind to its divine identity; the final attainment on the spiritual path when the limited sense of I merges into supreme consciousness.

etheric or subtle energy: The vibratory frequency that is one level higher than matter; a malleable form of energy that acts as a kind of modeling clay or energetic blueprint for the physical dimension.

evolution: A gradual process of development, formation, or growth, especially one leading to a more advanced form; the growth of self-consciousness from the identity as a finite individual to unification with infinite, divine awareness.

feel into: The ability to penetrate into a person, object, or energy field with ones attentionto merge with it and become it briefly; to allow subtle information to register on ones body via conscious sensitivity, as if one is the object of observation.

felt sense: The impressions or direct experience of a person, object, or energy field registered on the body and mind through conscious sensitivity.

flow: The natural, continuous, fluid, wavelike movement of life and any process; a state in which one is fully immersed in thought or activity, characterized by a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment of the process.

fractal: A rough or fragmented geometric shape that is self-similar to its substructure at any level of refinement; it can be subdivided into parts, each of which is approximately a reduced-size copy of the whole.

frequency: The number of waves that pass through a specific point in a certain period of time; the rate of occurrence of anything.

frequency principles: The underlying dynamics of the way energy and consciousness function, especially after wisdom has been gained in the transformation process, which can be applied to improve the quality of daily life and the achievement of enlightenment.

frequency-match: The process of attuning ones personal vibration, whether consciously or unconsciously, to the vibration of another person for the purpose of communication.

frequency sorting: The process of weeding out people, situations, and opportunities with vibrations that don't match your home frequency, releasing them, and replacing them with people, situations, and opportunities that further your soul-expression.

harmony: A pleasing combination of the elements in a pattern that stresses the similarities and unity of all the parts.

hologram: A three-dimensional image (originally generated by a laser); a quantum mechanical explanation of reality that suggests the physical universe is a giant time-space hologram, the entirety of which is found within each facet, leading to the concept that every momentpast, present, and possibleexists simultaneously. Likewise, every place exists everywhere.

holographic perception: In contrast to linear thinking , the understanding that everything one notices is in the present moment, included in ones personal field, interconnected with, part of, aware of, and cooperative with everything else; sometimes called spherical perception because awareness feels like a radiating, expandable-contractible ball with ones individual self at the center; awareness that every particle contains the full awareness of every other particle, no matter the scale.

home frequency: The vibration of ones soul as it expresses through the body, emotions, and mind; a frequency of awareness and energy that conveys the most accurate experience of heaven on earth as possible.

inner blueprint: The most current pattern of ones life purpose or vision, the inner blueprint includes a mix of love and fear, wisdom and ignorance, and depends on how much personal growth and transformation a person has experienced. This energetic pattern gives rise to the events and forms in ones physical life.

Inner Perceiver: The power of the soul inside a person, sometimes known as the Revealer or Holy Spirit, that directs ones attention to notice things that aid in learning life lessons and expressing oneself authentically.
