Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.

These are words I have lived by ever since I did my Fit2Fat2Fit journey, which put me on the New York Times bestseller listand forever transformed the way I thought about helping people change.

What I learned on that journey was that you can have all the scientific knowledge and expertise in the world to help everyone achieve their weight loss goals, but none of that physical stuff matters unless you know how to relate to the people youre trying to help. This wisdom is where my next journey, Complete Keto, begins.

Most people know me as the Fit2Fat2Fit guy, the trainer who had this crazy idea to spend six months gaining 75 pounds and then lose it in another six months so I could better help my clients with their weight loss goals. You may have seen photos or television interviews with me at my highest weightthere was even a meme of me going around for a while! I wrote a best-selling book chronicling my journey where I talked about how I learned way more about the mental and emotional aspects of weight loss than I did the physical. Appearing on national television and making the list were awesome experiences, but what most people dont know about me is that during that time, when everything seemed to be going great for me, I was also going through another big life transformation: my life as I knew it was falling apart.
