W henever I get together with my female friends, quite often the conversation slowly but surely turns to sex. We share experiences from the past and present, as well as fantasies about the future. I love these conversations with other women. As well as being fun, theyre also liberating, enlightening and informative Ive learnt so much from them. This was one of my main inspirations for writing The Little Book of Sex Secrets : to share my own experiences and those of other women. After all theres something very valuable about being given a sex tip thats already been tried and tested.

G ood foreplay is like good dancing, so find a natural rhythm and dont worry about the moves. Forget scripted ideas of what foreplay should be and, remember, foreplay doesnt have to lead to sex it can be the main event. My female friends have told me their top foreplay moments:

In my experience, its good to keep your moves subtle. Go for reflection rather than obvious mimicry of his gestures and body language.

Gaze directly at your partner and tell him how funny, intelligent, sexy or loveable he is. Most importantly, make sure you mean it.

TEASE HIM
