For over 20 years she has been gathering experience in the fields of sexuality, tantra, BDSM, sexual shamanism and so-called sacred sexuality through travel, seminars and personal development. To pass on these experiences, Yella founded the tantra massage practice Ayella (nowadays Ayana), in which she herself gave massages and led a team of up to 14 women and men. Through this work, she was able to learn much about peoples sexual needs.
She now passes a great part of this extensive knowledge on to the readers of her books. Her book Yoni Massage - Desire, Healing and Intimacy appeared in 2018. It describes in detail how healing intimate touch can be and how the wonderful art of massage can have a positive influence on our sex lives. Included are attentive instructions for the partner, but also tips for self-massage. 23 Massage Techniques Yella Cremer Contents Introduction Arousal, pleasure and relaxation A lingam massage can be sensuous and exciting, but also calm and relaxing. Start with no intention of getting anywhere. If the man gets aroused very quickly, spread this energy with long strokes over the whole body. It can be supportive if he breathes deeply.
Remind him to relax in case you notice him tense. For many men it is new that their lingam is at the center of attention while they dont have to do anything except for taking the time for their own sensations. Lingam massage tips:
- Heat the room well: 25C or more.
- Provide a relaxed position for your man and check every now and then.
- Use natural oil without fragrances and silicon-based lubricant for the lingam, as this stays slippery for a long me.
- An eye-mask can help the man relax. Also see to your own comfort and relax.
- Warm up your hands by rubbing the palms quickly against each other.
- Start with touching his whole body, e.g. long soft strokes.
- Whenever you touch him, put all your attention and love into your hands.
- Breathe deeply. You can make audible breathing sounds to remind the man to also breathe deeply.
