From Georgia to California, Terrance writesabout places that are home to a ghost or two and tells thehorrible tales that led to these creatures remaining close to wherethey died. Her first chapter is about the Trans-Allegheny LunaticAsylum in West Virginia, the place that creeped her out the most inher investigations into the paranormal and the one closest towhere I live. It is told that many of the poor souls who died inthe facility often from experimental treatments and procedures continue to roam the halls. Yawsa.

Zepke herself has always loved a good ghoststory and heard many as she was growing up in the Carolinas. Nowshe has many books recording not only the stories she loves butalso the history and photos of the places named. These places haveall been investigated and proven haunted by the most sophisticatedmodern scientific equipment such as EMF detectors, which registerelectrical and magnetic fields, and EVP's (Electronic VoicePhenomenon), which digitally records sounds the human ear cannotdetect. Each place Zepke writes about has all the tour contactinformation also and many black and white photos. A fun way to plana trip, if you aren't afraid!
