- Put the peaches in your instant pot.
- Add coconut milk, oats, vanilla bean and water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Leave aside for 10 minutes to release pressure and serve.

- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 cups water

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 cup carrots, finely grated
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- A pinch of salt
- cup chia seeds
- cup raisins
Directions:
- In your instant pot, mix coconut butter with water, cinnamon, carrots, maple syrup, salt and pumpkin pie spice and cook on High for 10 minutes.
- Leave pot aside to release pressure for 10 minutes, add oats, chia seeds and raisins, cover pot and leave it aside for another 10 minutes.
- Transfer the carrot oatmeal to breakfast bowls and serve it right away!

Directions:
- Put the water in your instant pot.
- Add oats, pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, vanilla and allspice.
- Stir, cover, cook on High for 3 minutes and then release pressure.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix pecans with sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and stir well.

Directions:
- Put coconut butter and rice in your instant pot, cover and cook on High for 6 minutes.

Instant Pot Breakfast Porridge
Servings:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- cup split yellow gram, roasted
- 1 tablespoon split Bengal gram, roasted
- 1 and cups banana, chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup rice, washed
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups jaggery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cashews, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- teaspoon nutmeg powder
- Some saffron strands
Directions:
- In your instant pot, mix yellow and Bengal gram with rice, almond milk and 2 and cups water and cook on High for 5-6 minutes.
- Release pressure and leave aside for now.
- In a bowl, mix jaggery with the rest of the water, stir and pour everything into a pan heated over medium high heat.
- Cook for 7 minutes, stirring often and then add the rice and gram mix.
- Stir again and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add raisins, cashews, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, saffron and bananas, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour this into breakfast bowls and serve right away.
