With this particular diet, fruits and veggies are considered to be one of the most important staples that you will need. While it isnt necessarily the core of what makes this diet exceptional, they are a big part of it. Remember, fruits and veggies are packed full of nutritious vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
There are many different reasons as to why fruits and veggies are important for you. They are filled with many cleansing and detoxifying properties that will help your body to eliminate harmful components and fluids. They can even help eliminate harmful buildup inside of your organs, helping them to function properly.

Recipe 1: Hearty Tofu Curry
This is a dish that is packed with protein and is one of the most filling dishes you will find. If you want the healthiest and tastiest results, I highly recommend using only organic ingredients.
Yield: 4 Servings
Cooking Time: 35 Minutes
Ingredients for Your Curry:
- 2 Tablespoons of Oil, Coconut Variety
- 1 Onion, Yellow in Color and Chopped Finely
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic Ginger, Paste Only
- 1 Sweet Potato, Large in Size and Sweet To Taste
- 1 Handful of Green Beans, Cut Into Small Pieces
- 1 Pepper, Yellow in Color and Cut Into Small Cubes
- 1 Pepper, Red in Color and Cut Into Small Cubes
- 1 Can of Milk, Coconut Flavored
- 14 Ounces of Tofu, Drained and Cut Into Small Cubes
- 6 to 7 Chilies, Green in Color and Mashed Into A Paste
- 1 to 2 Curry Leaves, Fresh
- 2 teaspoons of Turmeric, Ground
- teaspoons of Cumin, Ground
- 1 teaspoon of Salt for Taste
Ingredients for Your Garnish:
- 1 Handful of Peanuts, Roasts
- 2 Cups of Rice, Fully Cooked
- 2 to 3 Onions, Green in Color and Sliced Finely
- Dash of Chili Flakes
