Recipe 1: Indian Style Shrimp Curry
If you are a huge fan of shrimp and seafood, then you need to try this recipe out for yourself. It is great dish to prepare, especially if you are tight on time. For the tastiest results serve this dish over a bed of hot rice.
Yield: 4 Servings
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons of Oil, Peanut Variety
- of an Onion, Sweet Variety and Minced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Ginger, Ground
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin, Ground
- 1 teaspoons of Turmeric, Ground
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- teaspoons of Chili Powder
- 1 Can of Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
- 1 Can of Milk, Coconut Variety
- 1 teaspoon of Salt, For Taste
- 1 Pound of Shrimp, Fully Cooked and Peeled
- 2 Tablespoons of Cilantro, Fresh and Finely Chopped

Instructions:
1. First heat up some oil in a large sized skillet placed over medium heat.
2. Once the oil is hot enough add in your onions and cook until they are translucent. This should take at least 5 minutes. After this time remove from skillet and set aside to cool.
3. Then add in your next 6 ingredients along with your cooled onions and cook over low heat for at least 1 minute.
4. Add in your next two ingredients and season with a generous amount of salt.
5. Allow your mixture to reach a simmer before reducing the heat to low. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Stir in your remaining ingredients and continue to cook for an additional minute.
7. Remove from heat and serve right away.
Recipe 2: Eggplant Curry
If you are looking for a relatively healthy recipe that you wont be able to put down, then this is the perfect recipe for you. It is an easy Indian style dish to make and I know once you have a bite you will want to have another.
Yield: 4 Servings
Cooking Time: 1 Hour
List of Ingredients:
- 1 Eggplant, Large in Size
- 2 Tablespoons of Oil, Vegetable Variety
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin, Seeds
- 1 Onion, Medium in Size and Thinly Sliced
- 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic, Paste Variety
- 1 tablespoon of Curry, Powdered Variety
- 1 Tomato, Finely Diced
- Cup of Yogurt, Plain in Flavor
- 1 Jalapeno, Fresh and Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Salt, For Taste
- Bunch of Cilantro, Roughly Chopped

Instructions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
2. While your oven is heating up place your eggplant onto a medium sized baking sheet and bake for the next 20 to 30 minutes or until tender to the touch. Once tender remove and finely chop.
3. Next heat up some oil in a medium sized saucepan placed over medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough add in your onion and cumin seeds and cook just until the onions are tender to the touch.
4. Add in your next 3 ingredients to your pan and continue cooking for an additional minute.
5. Add in your next 3 ingredients and stir again to combine. Continue cooking for the next 10 minutes.
6. Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with some cilantro. Serve whenever you are ready.
Recipe 3: Easy Buttered Chicken
This is yet another easy Indian style chicken recipe that is just going to melt in your mouth. The sauce of this chicken makes for an extremely creamy dish that you will fall in love with. Feel free to adjust the levels of spices that you use in this recipe to make it truly unique.
Yield: 6 Servings
Cooking Time: 1 Hour
List of Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Butter, Soft and Evenly Divided
- 1 Onion, Medium in Size and Finely Chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Can of Tomato Sauce, Small in Size
- 3 Cups of Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons of Salt, For Taste
- 1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
- 1 Pounds of Chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless and Cut into Small Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons of Oil, Vegetable Variety
- 2 Tablespoons of Masala, Tandoori Variety

Instructions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. While your oven is heating up place your butter into a large sized skillet placed over medium heat. Once the butter is melted add in your next 5 ingredients and stir well to combine.
3. Allow your mixture to simmer for medium heat for the next 30 minutes, making sure to stir it occasionally.
4. While your mixture is simmering coat your chicken in a generous amount of oil until thoroughly coated. Season with your masala and spread onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Place into your oven to bake for the next 10 to 12 minutes or until your chicken is no longer pink.
6. Once fully cooked add your chicken to your sauce and toss thoroughly to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
