1) Classic Lobster Lasagna
Now this is a favorite lasagna recipe of mine and I know after making it for yourself, it will become your favorite too. It is hearty and absolutely mouthwatering. I can guarantee that people will be coming back for seconds!
Yield: 12 Servings
Cooking Time: 1 Hour and 55 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 1 Container of Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten
- 2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese, Finely Shredded
- 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded
- 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, Finely Grated
- 1 Onion, Medium in Size and Minced
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons of Parsley, Fresh and Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper, For Taste
- 2 Jars of Pasta Sauce, Alfredo Variety
- 16 Lasagna Noodles, No Boil Variety
- 2 Pounds of Lobster Meat, Fully Cooked and Cut into Cubes
- 1 Pack of Spinach Leaves, Baby Variety

Procedure:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to 375 degrees. While your oven is heating up grease a medium to large lasagna dish with a generous amount of oil or cooking spray.
2. Then take out a large sized bowl and add in your first 5 ingredients, making sure to use only half of all of your cheeses. Then add in your next 4 ingredients and stir vigorously to evenly combine everything together.
3. Layer your lasagna as follows: Alfredo sauce, lasagna noodles, lobster meat, ricotta cheese mix, spinach, Alfredo sauce. Repeat until all of your ingredients have been used. Make sure to top off with your 3 cheese blend.
4. Place into your oven to bake while covered for at least 45 minutes. After this time remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is nice and brown in color. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
2) Seafood Packed Lasagna
If you are a huge fan of seafood, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Packed full of different seafood ingredients such as shrimp and crabmeat, you wont be able to get enough of this dish.

Cooking Time: 1 Hour and 20 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Lasagna Noodles,
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Variety
- 1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Pound of Mushrooms, Portobello Variety and Finely Sliced
- 2 Jars of Pasta Sauce, Alfredo Variety
- 1 Pound of Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- 1 Pound of Scallops, Bay Variety
- 1 Pound of Crabmeat, Imitation Variety and Finely Chopped
- 20 Ounces of Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg, Large in Size and Beaten
- Dash of Black Pepper for Taste
- 6 Cups of Cheese Blend, Italian Variety and Finely Shredded

Procedure:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up generously grease a medium sized baking dish with a generous amount of cooking spray.
2. Then bring a large sized pot of water to a boil, making sure that you season it with some salt. Once the water is boiling add in your lasagna noodles and cook until they are tender to the touch. Once tender drain and set flat to dry.
3. Next use a large sized skillet and add in your oil. Set over medium heat and once your oil is hot enough add in your mushrooms and garlic. Cook until tender to the touch.
4. Once tender add in your next 4 ingredients and allow to simmer for at least 5 to 10 minutes or until your mixture is completely heated through.
5. Then use a separate medium sized and combine your next remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed together.
6. Next assemble your lasagna as follows: noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, pasta sauce mix and finely shredded cheese. Keep repeating until all of your ingredients are fully used up, making sure that you top off with your cheese.
7. Place your lasagna into your oven and bake while uncovered for the next 45 minutes. After this time cover your lasagna with some aluminum foil and continue to cook for the next 15 minutes.
8. After this time remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes and then serve. Enjoy!
3) Eggplant Stuffed Lasagna
This is yet another great tasting and healthy lasagna recipe that I know you wont be able to get enough of. Surprisingly it tastes amazingly delicious and is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

List of Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil, Just for Brushing
- 2 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons of Water, Warm
- 1 Cup of Parmesan, Finely Grated
- 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs, Italian Seasoned Preferable
- Dash of Salt and Pepper for Taste
- 2 Eggplants, Large in Size, Peeled and Sliced Finely
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Variety
- 1 Pound of Beef, Ground
- 48 Ounces of Prego Sauce, Chunky Variety
- 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded
