Nothing could be more heartwarming than being part of a team that worked together on a cookbook that is sure to make a difference in so many lives. It made us feel good to know we were developing delicious guilt-free recipes that were geared to healthy eating.
Kudos to our multifaceted Chief Food Officer, Howard Rosenthal. Wearing so many hats including a chefs hat...and working around the clock at times, he lead the way for the entire Mr. Food team to bring this book to fruition.
