ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jan Cannon, PhD, is the author of Now What Do I Do?The Womans Guide to a New Career (Capital Books, 2005). Jan has spent more than twenty years helping clients find new jobs, start new businesses, or plan for their retirement. Recently, her coaching business has evolved into an online, interactive coaching program that serves English-speaking clients throughout the world.
Articles about Jan have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Business 2.0, Real Simple, Womens World, AARP Bulletin, Working Mother, and other publications. She has served as an online expert with CIO.com, jobfindtoday.com, and WomenWork.org, and she writes content for Job-Hunt.org. Her blog, maturingwithmoxie.com, offers information about the issues women face as they age.
Jan lectures and leads workshops on planning for life after sixty, making career choices, and networking. She and Rev. Jennifer Cook work together providing workshops and retreats on personal renewal.
