If youve bought this cookbook hoping that it will be as good as
Breaking Bad was, youre going to be disappointed. Breaking Bad
was one of the greatest shows of all time, if not the greatest.
This cookbook is probably not. So lower your expectations now.
And, if you havent bought this cookbook, then I resent you, and I
dont care what your expectations are.
This book is a tribute to the two best
cooks in the United States of America
and possibly the world Walter White
and Jesse Pinkman. For five seasons
and sixty-two episodes they made
batch after batch of the purest crystal
imaginable and in the process won
the hearts of everyone who watched
them. Or at least Jesse did... the jury
is still out on Walter. And in this book
I hope I have recreated some of their
greatest cooks and provided you with
the recipes to do the same. From Gus
Frings exotic paila marina to Hanks
quality Schraderbru, from the famed
White family breakfast to Venezias
pepperoni pizza, I try to show you
the way to emulate the shows finest
culinary creations.
Unfortunately, unlike Walter, I have
very limited scientific expertise and,
unlike Jesse, nobody to show me the
ropes. Whats more, I really cant cook.
So for me to write a cookbook is a very
questionable decision. Nonetheless,
without new episodes of Breaking Bad
to look forward to, I had been driven
to increasingly desperate lengths to

get my next hit, and so The Breaking
Bad Cookbook was born. I hope that
for those Breaking Baddicts out there
