- 4 ounces salami
- 4 6-oz. chicken thighs
- teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pounds spring onions
- 1 small red onion
- 6 smashed cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-ounce spaghetti
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup of brown rice
- 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water
Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F Cook salami in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for five minutes and transfer to a plate Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper Cook in skillet until it turns brown Transfer to the plate with salami Add the salami, garlic, red onion, and spring onion bottoms to skillet. Then stir Place chicken thigh on the mixture and transfer all to oven Roast for about 15 minutes Cook spaghetti over medium-high heat, stir in yellow onion, broth, rice and salt Boil until rice is tender then top chicken with spring onion tops

- 3 cups part-skim Provolone Cheese
- cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 red onion
Directions Preheat oven to 500 degrees F Stretch dough to corners of a baking sheet brushed with oil. Allow to rest for 30 minutes Mix salt, sage, garlic, cream and tomatoes in a bowl Spread the mixture evenly on the dough Top this with onion, pepperoni, and cheese Bake for about 20 minutes
