Every day, Epic Games features a different selection of gamer-created matches that anyone can experience. What youll discover when playing matches created using the Creative gaming mode is that weapons, loot items, vehicles, and tools that have been vaulted from the main Fortnite: Battle Royale game play modes are often still available.

When something gets vaulted, that means that Epic Games has removed it from the main Fortnite: Battle Royale game play modes, but the weapon, item, vehicle, or tool could be reintroduced at any time in the future.

A Solo match involves you controlling one soldier who lands on the island in conjunction with up to 99 other soldiers (each controlled by a separate gamer). The goal is to achieve #1 Victory Royale by becoming the last person alive at the end of the match. Everyone else needs to be eliminated.

When you experience a Duos match, you and a partner team up to defeat the other 98 soldiers on the island, each of whom kicks off the match with a partner of their own. You can partner up with someone you know (an online friend) or have the game match you up with a stranger.
