WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK Imagine yourself along with your family sitting inside of a five star restaurant about to order your favorite chicken or turkey dish.
Now, imagine the cost of the meal of everyone at the table when you include wine and desert. Would you believe that you can have that same expensive meal that you are looking at on the menu; along with the same wine and desert in the comfort of your own home with your family; some soft music; and you can save about thirty or forty dollars when you add in the price of gas to travel to the restaurant; and the tip for your server. Another benefit you may discover that you gain from preparing your own meals that not only do you save money, but sometimes when foods are prepared at home, you will know what you are eating. You will have the option to prepare fresh vegetables instead can vegetables. By trying some of these recipes, I pray that you will find a healthier way of eating. You will also discover that preparing your own food at home at times is not so bad and that it may be beneficial.
Not only will you find that you are aware of what ingredients you are getting in your food; but you get to choose as to whether you get fresh or processed meats and you are saving at the same time.
