Chicken Topped W/ Sweet Onion
Try this easy slow cooker chicken and sweet onion recipe that takes only a few ingredients.
This might be one you want to add to your "cook more often" list. Ingredients: Whole chicken - 1 (3 lb.) Soy sauce - 3/4 c. (low-sodium) Vinegar - 1/2 c. Garlic - 8 cloves Sweet onion - 1 (small) Cooking Directions: STEP 1: Cut chicken into pieces, then add chicken to your slow cooker. STEP 2: Crush the garlic cloves and slice the sweet onion. STEP 3: Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic cloves and sliced sweet onion in a small:bowl and pour mixture over the chicken.
STEP 4: Place cover on slow cooker and cook 6 - 8 hours on low.
Lemon Chicken Wings W/ Molasses
How many times have you put off preparing chicken wings because you just didn't have the time? Try this slow cooker recipe and have wings ready for your loved ones or dinner guests even when your day has been hectic. Ingredients: Chicken wings - 5 1/2 lb. Molasses - 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp. Salsa - 1 Tbsp.
Chile sauce - 1 bottle (12 fluid oz.) Garlic powder - 1 tsp. Chili powder - 2 1/2 tsp. Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 c. Hot pepper sauce - 3 drops Salt - 2 tsp. Cooking Directions: STEP 1: Split the chicken wings and discard tips. STEP 2: Put the chicken wings in your slow cooker.
STEP 3: Add the molasses, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, chili sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and salt to a medium bowl and mix well. STEP 4: Now, pour mixture over the chicken wings. STEP 5: Place cover on slow cooker and cook 5 hours on medium low.
Chicken Pasta & Cream Cheese
This is the perfect meal to prepare for your family when you know are going to have a very busy day. (skinless, boneless) Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can (10.75 oz. low-sodium) Italian Dressing and Marinade - 1/4 c. low-sodium) Italian Dressing and Marinade - 1/4 c.
Cream Cheese - 4 oz. Dry white wine - 1/4 c. Angel hair pasta - 1/2 lb. Fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp. Cooking Directions: STEP 1: Lay out the cream cheese to let it soften. STEP 2: Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and chop the parsley.
STEP 3: Add the chicken pieces to your slow cooker. STEP 4: In a bowl, beat the mushroom soup, Italian dressing, softened cream cheese and white wine with a whisk until mixture is well blended, then pour over the chicken. STEP 5: Place cover on slow cooker and cook 4 - 5 hours on low or 2 - 3 hours on high. STEP 6: Approximately 15 minutes before chicken has finished cooking, cook the pasta as directed on package & drain. STEP 7: Top cooked pasta with chicken mixture and chopped parsley before serving.

Ingredients: Chicken breast halves - 5 (6 oz. boneless, skinless) Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. Diced tomatoes with basil - 1 (16 oz. can) Dry mustard - 1 Tbsp. Garlic - 2 Tbsp. pkg.) Ingredients: Chicken breast halves - 4 (boneless, skinless) Salsa - 1 jar (16 oz.) Chili powder - 1 tsp Garlic powder - 2 tsp. Ground cumin - 1 tsp.
Salt Ground black pepper Pinto beans - 1 can (15 oz.) Mexican-style corn - 1 can (11 oz.) Cooking Directions: STEP 1: The night before eating, put chicken and salsa in your slow cooker. STEP 2: Add the chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt and ground black pepper to taste. STEP 3: Place cover on slow cooker and cook on low 6 - 8 hours. STEP 4: Approximately 3 to 4 hours before time to eat, shred the chicken with 2 forks. STEP 5: Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and continue cooking. STEP 6: Now, stir the pinto beans and Mexican style- corn into the slow cooker and mix well.
