Ultimate Detox Tea
A refreshing zingy, spicy tea to kick up your morning energy right. It is an excellent one for treating the flu.
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp green tea powder
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger puree
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a pot and boil for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and serve tea.
Herby Spark
Lime and fresh herbs make a good medicinal combination for quick cleansing results.
Servings: 6
Prep Time: 10 mins + overnight steeping
Ingredients:
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- cup fresh cilantro
- cup fresh fennel leaves
- cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
1. Steep all ingredients in hot water overnight and serve after.
Orange Cinnamon Cleanse
Orange and cinnamon arent your ideal dessert combination, but very effective in this mixture. The drink smells great too.

- Orange slices
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Cardamom pods
Instructions:
1. Steep all ingredients in hot water overnight and serve after.
Hibiscus Basil Flush
Hibiscus gives off a soothing drink flavor yet contains antioxidants that quickly cleanses the body. The drink contains lime juice and sweet-smelling basil to ease the release of toxins from your body.

Ingredients:
- Dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 lime, sliced
- Fresh basil sprigs
Instructions:
1. Steep all ingredients in hot water overnight, strain, and serve with ice cubes.
Mango Pineapple Water
Mango and pineapple smell fantastic together and will spice the flavor of your water yet performing an excellent job of cleansing your bowels.

- cup cubed ripe mangoes
- cup cubed pineapple
- 1 lemon, sliced
