Banana Malpoa
Banana Malpoa is a traditional Indian recipe. Here we have modified it a little so that it requires a little oil. Additionally we have used the iron-rich Jaggery instead of sugar. In next Chaitra Sankranti festival you may try for the kids in your family. Ingredients Suji 100 g Flour 50 g Banana 1 - photo 1

Method
Picture 7 Mix the Suji, which has been soaked in water for an hour in advance, with the flour and mashed banana.

It is called "dollop". Picture 8 Add jaggery in it and very little water (if needed). Heat oil in a pan. When oil is fully hot (you will see vapor on oil), drop medium-sized dollops of the batter using a ladle. Fry them until they become golden brown in color.
