Preparation:
Place sausage in heated oil on a skillet and cook until it turns brown.
Remove and put potatoes in the pan.
Cook until they are tender.
Transfer potatoes and sausage to a baking dish.
Mix cayenne pepper and cheese sauce in a bowl.
Pour on the potato mixture and sprinkle swiss cheese.
Leave uncovered and bake until it turns golden brown.
Recipe 2: The Turkey of Fury
It is a perfect blend of flavors.

Preparation:
Season turkey with pepper and salt.
Drizzle coconut oil and put in a preheated cast-iron skillet to cook until it turns golden brown.
Remove from skillet.
Drizzle skillet with oil and over medium-high heat, add thyme, mushrooms, zucchini, onion and garlic.
Cook for five minutes before adding capers, tomatoes, broth, and wine.
Season with pepper and salt, and boil.
Return turkey to the skillet and leave to simmer while covered for twenty minutes. Garnish with asparagus.
Recipe 3: Friggas Turkey
Have a fiesta with a meal that is tasty and gives off an amazing fragrance.

1 lb. ground turkey
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chervil
1 tsp. black pepper
4 Hamburger buns
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups Lettuce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 sliced tomatoes

Preparation:
Mix chervil, sauce, garlic powder, egg and turkey in a bowl.
Season with pepper and salt. Cut into four patties.
Heat oil on a skillet.
Add the patties and leave to cook until golden.
Place on the bun and serve.

4 rainbow trout
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Preparation:
Season trout with pepper and salt.
Make a mixture of lemon juice, red pepper, garlic and butter.
Pour mixture on the trout.
Place on your baking sheet and put into a preheated oven.
