- Beef sausage ( bul k ): 1 pound
- Crescent roll dough ( refrigerate d ): 8 ounces package
- Pizza sauc e : cup
- Italian seasoning ( blen d ): 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese ( shredde d ): 1 cup
- Pepper flakes ( re d ): teaspoon

Methods:
. Preheat your Convection oven to almost 375 F .
. Cook sausages in convection oven to make them equally browned and crumbl y . Mix in Italian seasoning, drain and keep them asid e .
. Put dough on your baking sheet ( that should be easy to adjust in convection ove n ) and roll to make a rectangl e .
. Spoon your pizza sauce in the center of dough and top with cheese and cooked sausage s . Fold two opposite corners of the dough toward its middle and cover the sausage mixtur e .
. Pinch its edges together to properly seal the m .
. Bake in your preheated convection oven for almost 11 14 minutes to equally brown crus t . Serve with tomato sauc e .
2) Chicken Tenderloins
Preparation Time: 27 minutes
Makes: 4
List of Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 8 tenderloins chicken
- cup breadcrumbs

Methods:
. Preheat your convection oven to almost 350 F .
. Take a small bowl and whisk egg in i t .
. Mix oil and dry bread crumbs together in another bowl to make this blend crumbly and loos e .
. Drip every chicken tenderloin in whisked egg and shake of extra eg g . Dip chicken pieces in the bread crumb mixture and completely cover each piec e .
. Put coated tenderloins in the convection oven basket and cook for almost 12 minute s .
. Check the internal temperature of chicken pieces with the help of a thermometer, it should be 165 F .
3) Couscous Balls
Preparation Time: 60 minutes

List of Ingredients:
- 1 pound turkey ( leg mea t )
- 12 cauliflower florets
- 1 cup couscous
- 4 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1 cup oats ( glute n- fre e )
- 1 cup soft cheese
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoons coriander
- 1 tablespoons Mexican Seasoning blend

Methods:
. Put cauliflower in your convection oven and drizzle it with coconut butter ( melte d ). Cook at 320 F to keep cauliflower slightly undercooke d .
. Put couscous in a pan with two cups of simmering water and put the lid of the pan over i t . Leave for almost 10 minute s .
. Blitz oats in your blender to make them similar to fine flou r .
. Remove the lid of couscous pan after ten minutes and mix in pepper and sal t . Mix wel l .
. Put the cauliflower in your blender along with seasoning, yogurt, soft cheese, turkey stock, and turkey mea t . Blend for a few minutes to make a thick past e .
. Transfer this blend to a bowl and mix in oats and couscou s . Mix well and make small balls of this mixtur e .
. Roll all balls one by one in desiccated coconu t . Put these balls in your convection oven for almost 20 minutes at nearly 356 F .
. Serve with your favorite sauc e .
4) Pepperoni Pinwheels
Preparation Time: 32 minutes

- Crescent roll refrigerated doug h : 8 ounces
- Pizza sauc e : 14 ounces
- Pepperon i : 24 slices
