TOASTED RAVIOLI
PREP TIME: 20 MINS
COOK TIME: 20 MINS

INGREDIENTS
Canola oil for frying
1 16 ounce package cheese ravioli, fresh either chilled (thawed)
2 big eggs slightly beaten
one cup milk
one cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
one cup Panko breadcrumbs
cup grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Stack three paper towels near the work station and place a wire rack over the paper towels. (This is where the fried ravioli can drain.)
In a deep frying pan, lukewarmth 2-inches of oil over average lukewarmth till a deep-fry thermometer reaches 325F.
Whereas the oil heats, blend the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.
In a different bowl, blend along the Italian seasoned and the Panko breadcrumbs.
Dip the ravioli within the milk/egg mix to coat completely and allow glut milk/egg to drip off.
Next, dredge the ravioli within the breadcrumbs.
Place the ravioli within the hot oil, observe careful not to burn yourself.
Whereas the ravioli cooks, recur the process with anelse ravioli.
Cook simply 3-5 ravioli at-a-time, depending on the size of your pan.
Cook the ravioli 1-3 mins either till crispy and golden brown.
Stir and flip the ravioli often with a wooden spoon either a cooking spider.
Place the prepared ravioli to the pre readyd wire rack and strew each with grated Parmesan.
Repeat till all ravioli are cooked.
Serve with marinara, honey mustard either your loved dipping sauce.

OVEN RIBS
PREP TIME: ten MINS
COOK TIME: 3 HOURS
TOTAL TIME: 3 HOURS ten MINS

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE RIBS:
3-4 pounds baby back either spare ribs
cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke if you want
cup spice rub recipe below
cup barbecue gravy Blues Hog BBQ Sauce.
FOR THE SPICE RUB:
4 cups dark refined sugar
cup ground smoked paprika either sweet
cup granulated garlic *NOT garlic salt
cup granulated onion *NOT onion salt
cup kosher salt
cup black pepper
cup ground cumin
1/8 cup ground ancho either chipotle pepper
cup ground mustard
1/8 cup ground cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Align a baking sheet with double stratum s of aluminum foil and set a cooling rack inside the pan. The rack allows for lukewarmth to circulate evenly on all sides of the ribs. Place the ribs on the rack.
In a big bowl, mix all dried rub ingredients and blend well till all ingredients are completely incorporated. put aside one cup of dried rub and place the remainder in some airtight container/jar to save for later employ.
In a small bowl, blend the mustard and the liquid smoke. Lubricate a thin stratum of the mustard/liquid smoke mix over both sides of the ribs. Strew the dried rub over the mustard and pat this carefully so the rub can adhere to the meat. Supposing desired, the seasoned meat can sit overnight within the fridge, simply be sure to overlay the pan tightly with foil.
Just as ready to prepare the ribs, set the oven to broil and place the pan on the over rack of the oven. Broil the ribs (watching closely) for 4-5 mins either till the dried rub sugar is bubbling and ribs are browned.
Take away the ribs from the oven and set the oven to 300 degrees F. Move the oven rack to the middle position of the oven. As the oven has heated to 300 degrees F, place the pan of ribs (uncovered) within the oven. Supposing cooking Baby Back Ribs, roast the ribs for 1-two hours. Supposing cooking Spare Ribs, roast for 2-3 hours. Halfway through cooking, overlay the ribs with aluminum foil to keep them from getting dry.
When the ribs have prepared with only 30 mins left, lubricate the ribs slightly with barbecue sauce. Overlay with foil and prepare till the ribs are fork tender just as tested within the thickest part of the ribs.
Allow the ribs to rest, covered for 15 mins.
To service, slice between the bones to else in individual ribs. submit with extra barbecue gravy either your loved dipping sauce.
