Hello, all my libation-loving friends! Its time to raise a glass and say cheers to Keto Happy Hour! Cheers! Salud! Sade! Cincin! Sant! Proost!In my world, as long as you are happy and healthy, then it is always happy hour.You might be asking yourself, A low-carb cocktail book? Could it be possible? Has Kyndra finally gone mad? Well, I am here to tell you that, yes, it is possible. I had to redefine my emotional relationship with food. You see, food used to control me. I lived in a self-perpetuated world where food was either a punishment or a reward. If I ate perfectly for two weeks and got my workouts in, I would celebrate with a big ol food-and-drink bingefest that typically included a lot of excess carbs and sugar. What I was doing to myself was the equivalent of rewarding my dogs with treats for being good on a walk or going to the bathroom outside. Silly, right? Dont reward yourself with foodyou are not a dog. The only thing I was really doing was undoing all the hard work of the previous two weeks and making my body work even harder to get back on track.
