Peeled and sliced tart apple 6 cups
Sugar 1/4 cup
Packed brown sugar 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Orange juice 1/4 cup
Cookie Snickerdoodle mix 17.9 ounces
Melted butter, 1/2 cup
Walnuts or pecans or coarsely chopped 1 cup
Instructions:
Preheat an oven to about 350. Pick up a medium-sized bowl and toss in apples, fruits juices, and some sugar.
Toss to coat until adequately coated. Shift the apples into the greased pan.
Shift the cookie mix into a bowl, add in a sugar-cinnamon packet.
Sprinkle the mix over apples.
Drizzle the melted butter over the bowl. Sprinkle pecans on the top.
Place into the baking oven and bake the cake until golden brown for 35-40 minutes.
Serve hot with Caramel and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Recipe 2 - Butterscotch-Pecan Bread Pudding:
This recipe is a treat for all the bread pudding lovers served with butterscotch and whipped cream.
Serving Size: 8 servings
Total Time: 3 hours and 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Cubed day-old white bread 9 cups
Chopped pecans 1/2 cup
Butterscotch chips 1/2 cup
Large eggs 4
Half-and-half cream 2 cups
Packed brown sugar 1/2 cup
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Whipped cream and butterscotch ice cream topping as you like
Instructions:
Start by placing bread, butterscotch chips, and pecans in a slow cooker.
Whisk eggs, melted butter, cream, vanilla essence, and brown sugar until blended thoroughly in a large bowl.
Shift the mixture into the cooker and pour over the pieces of bread and gently stir to combine properly.
Cover up the cooker and cook on a low heat flame. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve hot with butterscotch and whipped cream as toppings.
Recipe 3 - Cherry Pudding Cake:
This recipe is a very hit cake and pudding mix. This is a very ancient recipe used at many events.

Ingredients:
Sugar 2 cups
Baking powder 4 teaspoons
2 % milk 1 cup
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Canola oil 2 tablespoons
Pitted, Water-packed, well-drained tart red cherries 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each)
Almond extract 1/8 teaspoon
ice cream or whipped cream as you like
Instructions:
Pick up a medium-sized bowl and add in baking powder, oil, milk, flour, and a cup of sugar.
Shift the mixture into the greased baking dish.
Pick up another bowl and combine the remaining sugar, extracts, and cherries.
Pour the mixture over the batter.
Bake the cake at 375 F for at least 40-45 minutes until the toothpick put in comes outside clean.
Serve hot with either ice cream or whipped cream as needed.
