Introduction
Desserts are perhaps one of those meals everyone looks forward to after dinner. If someone is on a diet, they also look for their cheat days to have a small bite of their favorite dessert. Desserts can be addictive and there is hardly any dessert that you will feel satisfied with one bite. Burn those extra calories with exercise and do not deprive yourself of eating those tasty desserts.
We often order desserts from outside with an expensive price tag and if it is a cheap one, it will probably give you a bad stomach. To avoid that, you can make your own desserts at home. Now the question is, can you do it quickly and without stressing yourself out? You can, if you use a microwave oven and the recipes in the book.
In the book, you will find 30 delicious microwave-oven friendly desserts recipes that are super quick. Some of them are very healthy too, using avocados, sweet potatoes and carrots. If you substitute sugar with honey or stevia, it will be diet-friendly too. So, twist and twerk the recipes as you please.
