Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Sift the cake flour and baking powder together.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites for 3 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the butter with the granulated sugar.
Add the milk, egg yolks and vanilla extract.
Add the egg whites and cake flour mixture.
Fold in using a spatula. Add to a prepared cake pan.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberry slices
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • White frosting as needed
Instructions:
Sift the cake flour, salt and baking powder together.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
In a bowl, add the egg whites. Beat until they form soft peaks.
Take another bowl and combine the butter with the granulated sugar.
Beat for 3 minutes. Now, mix in the egg yolks, milk and strawberry extract.
Now, fold in the cake flour mixture and egg whites.
Pour in a cake pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Now, bake for 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down.
Cut in half lengthwise. Garnish with the white frosting and fresh strawberry slices.
Serve cold.

Instructions:
Remove the egg whites from the egg yolks.
Use the electric beater to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
Keep aside for now.
Sift the baking powder and cake flour twice.
Beat the granulated sugar and butter in another bowl.
Add the egg yolks and beat well.
Add the vanilla essence and evaporated milk.
Mix well. Now, carefully fold in the egg whites.
Fold in the sifted ingredients. Add the batter to a cake pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 340 degrees F.
Let the cake cool down and serve.
