What is Whole30?
The Wholoe30 diet is quite possibly one of the most versatile diets out there to date! This diet does not impose upon you a very strict dietary regime and force you to lose weight. Rather, this diet focuses in the long term benefits of the human body and tries to encourage your body to completely alter its internal metabolic structure and make you healthier in the long run.
At the heart of this diet is process of how it tries to achieve its objective. The key here is to get rid of all of the seemingly harmful food groups from your life for 30 days, and allow your body to basically reset itself into a better form.

Generally speaking, there are actually no side effects of the Whole30 diet. However, due to the drastic changes that your body will go through, there are some signs and symptoms that you should be aware of, as they might appear within the first week of the diet.
But dont be alarmed as they will soon go away naturally.

Chapter 2: Beyond The 30 Days
The Whole30 Diet isnt hard to follow in general, however, most people often face troubles when trying to understand how they should approach the rest of the days once the core 30 days of the diet are complete.
Well, let me talk about that here.
Once you are done with the first 30 days, there are actually 3 more steps that you should consider in order to get the best out of your diet in the long run.
Let me break them down to you one by one.
Step 2: Reintroduction
After the first3 0days, the immediate next phase is known as the Reintroduction phase. This phase is sort of a test period where you will be reintroducing the food groups that you have been skipping, in order to assess how your body reacts to them.
The goal here is to include just a single food group (while maintaining your usual Whole30 diet) and check if your body reacts positively or negatively.
If the result turns out to be good, then you can include the new food group to your diet as you move forward.
A simple example might go as follows:
Day 1: You may start off by trying to re-introduced legumes and evaluate how they work.
Day 4: After a 3 days trial run, select the legumes that you want to keep and move on to re-introducing Non-Gluten grains such as corn tortilla chips or white rice.
Day 7: This should be followed by an evaluation of Dairy products. Some cheese or ice creams are to be considered during this phase.
Day 10: Finally, you should evaluate Gluten Containing Grains to see how they react to your body.
Again, the core things to keep in mind are that, during this period, you are not allowed to break your regular Whole30 regime. You are only allowed to add the food group that you are assessing (while following the normal Whole30 restrictions)
Also, make sure to test with just 1 food group at a time.
