To my high school English teacher David Faull, who I never properly thanked for teaching me how to write while attending W.C. Hinkley High School in the early 1970s. Thanks, Mr. Faull!
Steve
To my wife, Mia, and children, Grace and William, who put up with the long days and late nights I spent tucked away writing and editing. Also, to Sr. Gail Cabral, IHM, Ph.D., and professor of psychology at Marywood University, who taught me the importance of writing well.

About the Authors
Michael Grothaus is an American novelist and journalist living in London. He was first introduced to Apple computers in film school and went on to use them for years to create award-winning films.
