  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • cup milk
  • cup butter
  • cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, pre-made
  • 1 tsp. coarse sea salt

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan, combine the milk, butter, sugar, and cacao powder. Simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Drop the cookies onto baking sheet and pop in the fridge for 20 minutes.

5. Drizzle the cookies with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
