Introduction:
A ir fryers are a healthy alternative to cooking your previously deep-fried favorites. By using minimal amounts of oil, the same dish can have a significantly lower fat content when made in an air fryer rather than traditionally. But what recipes are best for your air frying adventures?
To answer that, we made a compilation of our favorite air fryer appetizer, dessert, and classic fried potato recipes for you to try out.

Chapter 1: Air Fryer Appetizers
Stuffed Mushrooms
P rep Time : 15 Minutes
Servings : 24
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 small carrot, diced
- 24 mushrooms (dice the stalks)
- cup of sour cream
- a bell pepper, diced
- 2 slices of bacon, diced
- an onion, diced
- additional cup of grated cheese (to top)
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Combine the onion, pepper, bacon, stalks, and carrot in a fry pan and saut to desired softness.
- Gradually add your cheese and sour cream to the mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined and melted.
- Fill your mushroom shells with the cooled mixture and top with grated cheese.
- Fry your stuffed mushrooms for approximately eight minutes.
- Serve warm.
*180 degrees Celsius.
Spring Rolls
P rep Time : 20 Minutes
Servings : 20
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 packet of spring roll sheets
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 200g of raw ground beef
- 50g of Asian noodles
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Soften your pasta in warm water. Drain and cut to 2 pieces.
- Combine beef, garlic, vegetables, onion, and soy sauce in a wok pan over medium heat. Stir until the beef is browned, then stir in the pasta.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Fill the spring rolls with your mixture, roll them up, and seal the dough with water.
- Fry them a few at a time for eight minutes.
- Let cool and serve.

Blooming Onion
P rep Time : 10 Minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 medium-sized onions, peeled
Method:
- Slice your onion into eighths (like a pizza) from the top, leaving the bottom uncut, and marinade it in salt water for four hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Drain and dry the onions. Top with oil and butter.
- Fry all four onions for thirty minutes.
- Peel back the dark outer layers and serve.
*180 degrees Celsius.
Cheesy Garlic Bread
P rep Time : 10 Minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients:
- cup of grated cheese
- 1 package of garlic bread seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 large dinner rolls
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Slice each roll twice horizontally and twice vertically from the top, leaving uncut at the bottom. The top should look like a grid.
- Stuff the slices you cut open with all your grated cheese.
- Top each roll with melted butter and seasoning mix.
- Fry for five minutes (or until cheese has thoroughly melted).
*180 degrees Celsius.
Stuffed Peppers
P rep Time : 15 Minutes
Servings : 6
Ingredients:
- 6 medium bell peppers, halved and emptied (discard seeds, pith, stem)
- 1 small onion
- 1 potato
- cup of peas
- 1 bread roll
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
- 1/3 cup of grated cheese
- 1 medium-sized carrot
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Dice your onion, carrot, potato, garlic, bread, and the top halves of your peppers (not the stems).
- Combine all ingredients (except the bottom halves of your peppers) in a bowl. Mix until consistent.
- Fill the pepper halves with your mixture and fry for twenty minutes.
- Top with cheese and fry for an additional five minutes.
- Serve warm.
*180 degrees Celsius.
Stuffed Pumpkin
P rep Time : 15 Minutes
Servings : 6
Ingredients:
- 1/2 butternut pumpkin (remove seeds)
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 parsnip, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- cup of peas
- 2 teaspoons of herb mix
- 1 large egg
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Combine all ingredients (except the pumpkin half) in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Fill pumpkin half with mixture and fry for thirty minutes.
- Serve warm.
*180 degrees Celsius.
Stuffed Tomato
P rep Time : 15 Minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes (remove and discard tops, seeds, pith)
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups of cooked rice, cold
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Combine all ingredients (except tomatoes and soy sauce) in a skillet over low heat. Cook for two minutes.
- Combine your soy sauce with the rice mixture until consistent.
- Stuff each tomato with the mixture until all ingredients are used or they are beginning to overflow.
- Fry for twenty minutes. Serve warm.
*180 degrees Celsius.
Chicken Tenderloins
P rep Time : 10 Minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients:
- 50g of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 egg
- 8 chicken tenderloins
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.*
- Combine oil and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix until consistent.
- Whisk your egg in a bowl.
- Dip each raw tenderloin in the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
- Repeat step four until each tenderloin is fully coated in crumbs.
- Fry the tenderloins for twelve minutes or until fully cooked.
*180 degrees Celsius.
