Servings: 8 Cook Time: 30 minutes Ingredients: 4 cups of chopped, cooked chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mild Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 can fiesta nacho cheese 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro 4 large, burrito style flour tortillas 1 can of rinsed black beans 1 cup of frozen (or canned, drained) corn niblets 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend Garnishes - fresh cilantro, chopped tomatoes, pickled jalapeno slices, lime wedges, sour cream Directions: 1.
