Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, soup and 1 cup of milk. Mix well. 3.
Stir in the chicken, salt and pepper then pour into a 9"x13" baking dish. 4. In another bowl, whisk together cornmeal, Bisquick, egg and the remaining 3/4 cup of milk. Spoon over the chicken mixture in baking dish. 5. 6. 6.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Easy Chicken Lasagna
Servings: 8 Cook Time: 30 minutes Ingredients: 4 cups of chopped, cooked chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mild Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 can fiesta nacho cheese 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro 4 large, burrito style flour tortillas 1 can of rinsed black beans 1 cup of frozen (or canned, drained) corn niblets 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend Garnishes - fresh cilantro, chopped tomatoes, pickled jalapeno slices, lime wedges, sour cream Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. To make the filling, mix together the chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup, tomatoes, nacho cheese and cilantro. 3.
