Introduction
What is so special about preparing a homemade beauty treatment that is so much fun especially when the ingredients can easily be found in the refrigerator or the kitchen cabinet? It is special because you do not have to spend so much money to customise your own skincare beauty products and also put your do-it-yourself skill into practise.
Caring for your skin, hair and nails is certainly important, but it may seem like a burden with the quantity of products available in the market, meaning the cost of taking care of your body begins to skyrocket.
Ladies, we spend a fortune buying different beauty products from body scrubs, to face masks and treatments that guarantee to make us look younger, healthier and better. But how many of these products actually work? Very few, I presume.
In fact, skin experts agree that many of the beauty products we buy are just simple moisturisers backed with some clever marketing techniques. In addition, store bought creams and lotions are packed full of chemicals and hormones that might, unfortunately, harm our health.
The best beauty treatment remedies boast of their natural ingredients, so it is easier to make them at home using the natural ingredients themselves.
So why not get back to the basics and prepare a few tried and tested beauty treatments you can put together in your own home at your convenience?
