Orange can be a little sharp for some on its own, especially if you are wanting to be woken up by this for breakfast. The addition of the mango really adds a lovely sweetness though to mellow the citrus of the orange. A great source of Vitamin C, this drink would see you through the cold season.

Ingredients1 Orange, peeled and in segments, remove pips if possible
1 cup of Mango cubes
cup filtered Water
1 Handful of Ice cubes
Place all of the Ingredients in to the Nutribullet and blend for 30-40 seconds.Serve immediately in a chilled glass and a slice of orange.

Passionfruit is a tangy, exotic fruit that is full of Vitamins A and C, antioxidants, iron, potassium, magnesium, riboflavin and niacin. Passionfruit juice has a very calming effect so this smoothie is worth considering if youre feeling a little anxious. Try to keep them at roomtemperature before you whizz these up as they are a lot juicier and have a sweeter flavor.

Ingredients3 Passionfruit, halved and with the seeds scooped out.
1 cup of Peach or Orange Juice
1 handful of Ice Cubes
InstructionsPlace the passionfruit seeds, any juice and the peach or orange juice in the Nutribullet with theice cubes. Blend for 50-60 minutes until smooth. You can pass this through a sieve if youd rather remove the seeds.
