Take the lid off and set aside to cool for 10 minutes. 5. In the meantime, puree a banana. Add cream cheese and process until the mixture is smooth. 6. 6.

Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke 18-20 holes into the top of the cake. 7. Pour the mixture over and into the holes. 8. For the whipped cream: Whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Set cup of the whipped cream to one side.

Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top of the cake to its edges. 9. Scatter crumbled wafers over the top of the cake. 10. Slice the remaining bananas. 11.

Using the remaining cream, make 8 dollops of cream around the top of the cake. 12. Decorate the dollops of cream with the remaining slices of banana and the wafers. 13. Drizzle with caramel, slice, and serve.

Pour in the milk and stir until just mixed. The dough at this stage will be very thick. 4. In tablespoonfuls amounts, drop the mixture in 6 evenly-sized mounds onto the hot blackberry mixture. Tightly cover and simmer until a cocktail stick inserted into the dumplings pulls out entirely clean. 5.

Spoon into dishes and serve with whipped cream.
