  • 2 lbs. of cooked bacon, crispy
  • Butter, softened
  • 12 split, toasted Kaiser rolls
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 24 eggs, large
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, ground
  • Hot sauce, to serve
  • Cooking spray

Methods:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Coat large cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray. Line the cookie sheet with bakery paper, then spray once more.

2. Place eggs in blender. Process until fully combined. Season using salt & pepper.

3. Pour the eggs onto the cookie sheet. Transfer carefully to oven. Bake until it just becomes set in middle. Remove eggs from the oven. Top them with cheese.

4. Heat broiler at high. Return the eggs to the oven. Broil until cheese has finished melting.

5. Cut the eggs into 12 even squares. Make into rolls and use them with the egg squares to make sandwiches. Add hot sauce and bacon, as desired. Serve warm.
