- 400 g plantains, sliced
- cup sesame oil
- tsp. cooking salt
- tsp. sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 medium-sized eggs
- 1 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350
Combine flour and nutmeg in a bowl
Mix oil, sugar, and butter in another bowl to form cream
Whisk eggs into cream and allow to stand for 5 minutes
Puree plantains and egg mixture in a blender until smooth
Stir-in flour mixture into plantain mixture gradually until completely mixed and dough is formed
Cut dough into desired shape and place in coated baking pan
Place baking pan in oven and bake for 15 minutes
Remove from oven, allow to stand then serve.

Ingredients
- 1 rock melon, diced
- 8 tomatoes, diced
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 apples, diced
- tsp. ginger powder
Serving size
Directions
Puree tomatoes, rock melon; apple, sugar and lemon juice in a blender for 5 8 minutes until smooth.
Strain to remove residues
Add ginger powder and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Strain to remove ginger residues if any
Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then serve

- cup milk
- tsp. vanilla extract

Mix sugar, butter, bananas, eggs and milk in another bowl to form cream. Add vanilla extract

Combine lemon juice and vinegar
Add peanut powder, onion powder, curry, salt and nutmeg to vinegar mixture. Stir well
Marinade lamb chops in this mixture for 20 minutes. Remove and drain
Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil and heat
