1. Mu Bai Balls
If there is anything Li Mu Bai had, it was balls. He was a revered swordsman who could have found more reverence if he had more balls if he made more of his signature meatballs.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. cooking salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 2 cups ground beef
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 eggs
- cup enchiladas sauce
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- cup chicken broth
- 2 packs of instant ramen

Prepare ramen according to instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Combine carrots, garlic, paprika, ground beef, eggs and red pepper in a bowl. Add salt to taste, mix well and roll into as many meatballs.
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil and heat.
Add meatballs to skillet and sear on all sides for 6 minutes until crusty.
Remove meatballs and set aside
Then add sugar, chicken broth, enchiladas sauce and cucumber to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add meatballs and ramen to skillet.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Yu Shu Eat Cauliflower
she wants you to eat healthily, Yu Shu Lien would prefer you call her Yu Shu Eat Cauliflower. She does this so everyone can request for her delicious Cauliflower Chinese Recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. almond flour
- 1 cauliflower, shredded
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- cup sliced green onions
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- cup enchiladas sauce
- 1 tbsp. malt vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cooking salt

Preheat oven to 400
Combine almond flour, canola oil, cup green onions, chili, enchiladas sauce, vinegar, sugar and oregano in a bowl.
Stir cauliflower in sauce mixture until well coated. Season with salt.
Place coated cauliflower in a baking sheet.
Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Garnish with green onions
Then serve.

3. Lo Chicken Rice
It is a bit poetic about how Lo makes his chicken rice with low-sodium chicken broth.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp. thyme powder
- 1lb. chicken chumps
- 1 tsp. cooking salt
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1 green onion, sliced
- tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- tsp. tamarind
- cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Place a wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil then heat.
Stir in chicken chumps, salt, turmeric, thyme, tamarind, tomato sauce and black pepper for 5 minutes.
Then add cabbage and onion. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add rice, chicken broth and tomato sauce. Stir for 1 minute, cover and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Sir Te-To
The man who helped Li Mu Bai and Yu Shu Lien, Sir Te was mainly appreciated for the potato meal he gave them. This potato meal is everything.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. thin potato strips
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cooking salt
- 3 tsp. granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cayenne pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Serving size
Directions
Place a skillet over medium. Add oil and heat.
Then add cayenne pepper, oregano and garlic. Allow to cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.
Season potato strips with salt, sugar and chili powder.
Then fry potato strips for 8 minutes until golden and crispy then drain.
Serve immediately with sliced green pepper.
