  • Cold water- 1 cup
  • Cold water- 2 Tbsp.
  • Butter- cup
  • Sugar- 2 Tbsp.
  • Salt- tsp.
  • Grated nutmeg- 1/8 tsp.
  • Flour- 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
  • Eggs- 4
  • Bacon- 12 strips
  • Oil- 2 cups
  • Maple syrup- cup

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, add in the waters, butter, sugar, salt and the grated nutmeg.
  • Reduce your heat to medium and then add in the flour and mix it.
  • Remove from heat and now add in the vanilla extract and the eggs one by one.
  • Form the dough and then refrigerate it for a while.
  • In another pan, fry the bacon strips until they are cooked.
  • Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and mix into the formed dough.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into round shapes.
  • Heat oil in a fryer and drop in spoonfuls from the dough to let them fry.
  • Drain on a paper towel, drizzle with maple syrup and serve!

  • Milk- 3 cups
  • German sweet chocolate- 6 ounces
  • Sugar- 1.5 cups
  • Flour- 2.5 Tbsp.
  • Salt- tsp.
  • Eggs- 2
  • Cream- 1.5 cups
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
  • Shredded coconut- cup
  • Toasted pecans- 1 cup

Instructions:

  • Heat the milk, chocolate, flour, sugar and the salt in a sauce pan.
  • Cook till the chocolate melts.
  • Now add in the eggs in the sauce pan while stirring and wait until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the sauce pan from heat, cover it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Now add in the cream and the vanilla extract.
  • Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and add in the shredded coconut and the toasted pecans.
  • When the ice cream is ready put it into plastic containers and put to freeze.
  • Scoop out and serve!

  • Warm milk- 1 cup
  • Water- 1/3 cup
  • Egg- 1
  • Melted margarine- 3 Tbsp.
  • Sugar- cup
  • Bread flour- 4.5 cups
  • Salt- 1 tsp.
  • Ground nutmeg- 1 tsp.
  • Instant yeast- 1 Tbsp.
  • Flavored jam- cup
  • Oil- 2 quarts

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the sugar, bread flour, salt, nutmeg and the instant yeast powder.
  • Now add in the water, egg, melted margarine and mix.
  • Add in the warm milk, slowly and gradually and knead the dough.
  • Let the dough rise for an hour.
  • Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut it with a doughnut cutter.
  • Heat oil in a fryer and fry the doughnuts until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • Pipe in the flavored jam with a piping nozzle.
  • Serve!

  • In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and slowly add the milk mixture into the eggs.

  • Remove from heat and now add in the semisweet chocolate and stir until melted.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and the cream and put the mixture into plastic containers and put them in the freezer until it is ready to be served!
