Introduction

This cookbook leaves you with 30 recipes from Seinfeld, a show that entertained us for over nine seasons. Just absurd as the plots are in the show, the gang finds themselves in strange food-related situations.

So, without further ado, lets get started!
Chapter 1: Drinks to Get the Party Started!
1. Hennigans
Seinfeld hardly ever drinks. He does, however, love serving a no-smell, no-tell Whiskey called Hennigans. Heres a recipe inspired by the fictional whiskey.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 mint leaves
- 1-ounce sugar syrup
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 2 lemon wedges
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add the mint leaves, syrup and lemon to glass and use the back of a spoon to muddle.
2. Add bourbon and ice and mix.
3. Serve.
2. Turkish Coffee
Kramer sues a company for serving him coffee thats too hot. Im sure your guests wont mind a hot cup of Turkish coffee!
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon coffee powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions:
1. Add water to a small pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add in coffee powder and cardamom.
3. And boil till it turns frothy.
4. Allow the grains to settle at the bottom.
5. Pour into cups and serve.
3. Wine Spritzer
Elaine, Seinfeld and Kramer decide to pick up wine for a friends party but George thinks they should just settle for Pepsi. Im sure your friends would love wine over Pepsi!
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle wine
- 1 bottle lemon soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add ice into glasses and fill half-way with wine.
2. Pour lemon soda and serve.
4. Schnapps
Elaine knocks back a few Schnapps once in a while. Easy to make, this cocktail is perfect for summer parties.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 0.5-ounce vodka
- 0.5-ounce peach schnapps
- 0.5-ounce lemon juice
- 0.5-ounce orange juice
- 1 cherry
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add ice cubes to a shaker along with the schnapps, lemon juice, vodka and orange juice and shake till combined.
2. Pour into a glass and drop in the cherry.
3. Serve cold.
5. Cranberry Punch
Elaines boyfriend, a teetotaller, falls off the wagon when he drinks Seinfelds alcoholic drink instead of his cranberry juice. This cranberry punch is perfect for your teetotaller guests.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 cups cranberry juice
- 5 cups orange soda
- 1 cup lemonade
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 5-6 lemon wedges
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add the cranberry juice, orange soda, lemonade and ice cubes to a pitcher.
2. Use a muddler to muddle the mint leaves and lemon wedges.
3. Serve cold.
Chapter 2: Starters and Main Course
6. Eggplant Calzone
In the episode, Calzone, George loves stuffing his mouth with eggplant Calzone and gets his boss to love them. Your guests too will fall in love with these eggplant calzones!
Serving size:
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pack pizza dough
- lb prosciutto, chopped
- 1 medium eggplant, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 5 tablespoons pine nuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- cup flour
- 10 ounces mozzarella cheese
- cup cornmeal
- cup ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Add the dough to a floured surface and roll into two oval shapes 12 inches in length and 8 inches in width.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, tomatoes, prosciutto, eggplants, salt and pepper and saut till brown.
3. Add the pine nuts, parmesan, ricotta, basil and parsley to a bowl and mix.
