Chapter 1: Drinks to Get the Party Started!
1. Tonys Favorite
Tony Sopranos favorite drink has to be scotch. He often enjoys a glass of scotch and a cigar. Pour this drink for your guests and kick start the night!
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce Sambuca
- 0.5-ounce Crme de Cacao
- 0.5-ounce Schnapps
- 1-ounce Bourbon
- Ice cubes
- Orange twist
Instructions:
1. Add ice cubes and Sambuca to a shaker along with the Bourbon and Crme De Cacao and shake for 40 seconds.
2. Our into a glass and pour in the Schnapps.
3. Serve with an orange twist.
2. Carmelas Drink
Carmela, as we know, is a strong woman and loves her drinks just as strong. She loves cooking for her family and one drink that goes with her food is Carmela Supreme. Heres a recipe for the same.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce Cognac
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1-ounce strawberry schnapps
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
1. Add the strawberry jam and Schnapps to a tall glass and mix.
2. Add lime juice and mix.
3. Pour the cognac and ice cubes and serve.
3. Chianti Margarita
Chianti is Tonys go-to wine. He loves pouring himself a glass and one for his family and friends. Heres a chianti margarita to try out.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce Chianti
- 2-ounces tequila
- 2 ounces Triple Sec
- 1-ounce honey
- 2 ounces orange juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add the Chianti, tequila, triple sec and ice cubes to a shaker and shake.
2. Add the honey and orange juice to glass and mix.
3. Pour the alcohol mix and serve.
4. Michelada
Tony loves beer just as much as cocktails. Heres combining the two and leaving you with a beer cocktail.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce clamato juice
- 1-ounce lime juice
- teaspoon hot sauce
- teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup lager beer
- Ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions:
1. Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice followed by salt. Shake off the excess.
2. Add the clamato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, soy sauce and ice cubes to a shaker and shake.
3. Pour into the glass followed by the lager and serve.
5. Orange Punch
One of the most memorable moments of the show is when Tony walks to his car after buying orange juice and hitmen try to kill him. He finds them off and smiles off his brush with death. This orange punch is perfect for your teetotaller friends.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup lychee juice
- 2 cups lemon soda
- 1 cup mixed berries, halved
- Orange slices
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, lychee juice and lemon soda to a pitcher and mix.
2. Toss in the berries and orange slices and stir.
3. And ice cubes and mix.
4. Serve cold.
6. Jersey Martini
Heres a martini to celebrate New Jersey, the city that served as the mobs home.
Serving size:
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2-ounces Tequila
- 1-ounce Triple Sec
- 0.5-ounce mango liqueur
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Add the Tequila, Triple Sec, liqueur, lemon juice and ice cubes to a shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
